The finished parts designed by Comesa are used by the major manufacturers of special machines worldwide. Each product is finished according to the final application: alloy steels, hardened and tempered, coated when required: chrome plating, sandblasting, tungsten carbide coatings.

REVAMPING REVERSE ENGINEERING
We rebuild your component, even without the original drawing.
When the original design is no longer available or the component is now out of production, Comesa is able to detect the geometries and technical characteristics of the existing piece and reconstruct it, guaranteeing full interchangeability with the original: same dimensions, same pass-line, same processing parameters.
For older systems we also offer upgrade solutions designed to increase load capacity, durability and reliability of the drawers and rollers, while maintaining the overall dimensions and full compatibility with the existing system unchanged.
