The Leveller is a Multi-Roll Machine that submits the material to alternate plastic deformation due to the roll diameters and geometry selected dependent upon the type and thickness of the material being processed. This is critical in obtaining a near-perfect levelling result.
Comesa rolls are produced from quenched, tempered and hardened alloy steels and, where appropriate, are coated, chrome-plated or shot-blasted etc., dependent upon the final application.
Comesa rolls are employed for levelling a wide range of materials, including: carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminium etc..
